He has held Board positions as an Independent Director. He has successfully handled many fund raising and advisory assignments for some of the Top Corporate houses who are leaders in their business segment. He enjoys the confidence of the Promoters and the CFOs. He led a team of Research analysts and was Head of Investment Banking from 1994 – 97 for a NBFC.

He has been a Guest speaker on Stock markets on various TV channels since 1996. He brings an amalgamation of Fundamental and Technical Analysis on Stock Markets, Currencies and Commodities.

Rakesh specialized in Multinational and International Finance on his MBA program at Cardiff Business School (1991). He qualified as a Company Secretary in 1992. He has done many professional courses on Equity and Bond Markets.

Rakesh extends his creative flair into the cultural and Artistic world. He is a trained Pop Opera Singer and an expert Latin and Ball Room Dancer. He speaks and sings in 5 International Languages.
